Was working in the area so popped in today. I had an XL Cod and reg chips. All cooked fresh to order. Absolutely fantastic. 10/10. I walked across the road and sat under the pavilion to hide from seagulls. And sat facing the sea and ate in peace. 100% perfect and fresh. Really enjoyed it and will pop back in when in the area. The guys behind counter, looked smart, well groomed,and very polite. Thank you guys. A***** PS: Everyone must try this place, oh I didn't buy a curry sauce but lady who sat next to me was saying it is excellent curry sauce and she would come back just for that even. Lol.

This is by far my favourite fish and chip shop in Felixstowe. It has always been the best one in my opinion. I've visited them since I've been a little girl too and I'm now nearly fourty. I've tried all the others a few times but this is by far the best. I haven't found one actually that has beat it for me unless I get myself to St Ives in Cornwall! I appreciate the little touches like salt and vinegar sachets being added separately so your chips don't go soggy with vinegar if you need them wrapped. Yes the main lady is loud, but they get really busy sometimes so to me it seems she may shout and seem abrupt but actually I think she is just trying to get all the orders done in good time. They have all always responded politely to me once I've been polite to them anyway. Highly recommended!

Very friendly owner/staff. The fish and chips were delicious. The fish had big chunky flakes. The batter was very lite. We really enjoyed the food. We have been coming to this same fish and chip shop for years, it is under new management now and the food was even better. We really recommend this take away right on the sea front.
